Institutional ?Retreat

The institutional retreat of 365体育直播 College of Dental Sciences, 365体育直播 was conducted on January 24^th and 25^th 2017 Taj Vivanta, Bekal.

Dean, Additional Dean, Associate Deans, Heads of the Departments and senior professors of 365体育直播 College of dental Sciences, 365体育直播 participated in the retreat to formulate the strategies to be undertaken by the Institution for the year 2017-2020.

On the first day, The Heads of all the departments presented their initiatives for the respective departments as per the four strategies of the university, Academic reputations, 365体育直播, 365体育直播ization and Employer reputation. Dr Aparna I N Associate Dean spoke on the initiatives of 365体育直播 Academy of Higher Education towards 365体育直播ization. Dr Subraya Bhat, Associate Dean spoke on method to improve the employer reputation through alumni of the institution. Dr Raghu A R deputy director of 365体育直播, MU spoke on the 365体育直播 initiatives put forth by 365体育直播 Academy of Higher Education.

Dr Nirmala N Rao put forth the initiatives that 365体育直播 College of Dental Sciences, 365体育直播 would take up for the term 2017-2010.

On the second day all the faculty were involved in planning the objectives for the institution based on the SWOC analysis that was carried out earlier. Dr Christopher Sudhakar, Deputy Director of Quality and compliance guided the entire team through designing the objectives. The entire retreat was filled with interactions and it was a very fruitful event.
