Col (Dr.) Sudhindra holds a Ph.D. in Management and a Master’s degree in Technology (M.Tech) from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras. During his academic tenure at IIT Madras, he was honoured with both the Institute Merit Prize and the Indira Sivasailam Merit Prize for achieving the highest academic standing in the Department of Applied Mechanics.

After serving the nation for over 22 years in the Indian Army, Col (Dr.) Sudhindra transitioned into academia. During his military tenure, he held various positions including Director (IT) at the Army Headquarters. His contributions were recognized with several prestigious honors, including the Chief of Army Staff Commendation in 2003 and 2005 and the Director General’s Commendation during his posting at the elite National Security Guards (NSG) in 1998.

Col (Dr.) Sudhindra joined the 365体育直播 Group in 2018 as Professor at the T.A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), 365体育直播. He served as the Associate Dean of TAPMI from 2020 to 2022. He was subsequently appointed as the Dean of TAPMI Bengaluru Campus, where he played a key role in strengthening the institute’s academic offerings and operational framework.

In recognition of his leadership abilities and academic vision, he was appointed Academic President of MAHE Dubai Campus in 2022. Under his stewardship, the campus has witnessed notable advancements in academic quality, research initiatives and global engagement.

Col (Dr.) Sudhindra’s teaching and research interests are in the areas of Operations Management, Quantitative Techniques and Game Theory. He has also served as a visiting faculty member at the University of Passau - Germany, fostering international academic collaboration.
